Shipping policy

 

Each product is custom-made after order placement. It generally takes 5 working days to dispatch the order from our locations. Shipping generally takes 1-5 days depending on your location.

SHIPPING TIMES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE PRODUCT. Our products are manufactured and distributed from various locations depending on style, stock, and availability. Please contact us if you need help with estimated shipping times.

Order never arrived:

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

Please check the tracking information provided in your order status page and tracking link.

The delivery agents will try deliver 1 time, in case the residence is closed or the customer is not available, the order will be returned back to us unless the delivery agent is instructed to reattempt by the customer.

If the order is still not delivered because of closed residence/unavailable customer, the order is handed back to us.

Refunds:

Shipping fees of 10% of the invoice value is deducted while issuing refunds to compensate for the delivery and return fee.
